2026 Preseason Schedule: August 17th


August 17th-21st

Tryouts Monday-Wednesday 3:00-6:00pm

Thursday-Friday: 3:00pm-6:00pm

Saturday: TBD

August 17th: Meet at track with paperwork, pick up at the bowl

August 18th-21st: Drop-off and pick-up at the bowl

Bring your computer and charger!

 

1st Day of School is August 26th

8/24 Regular practice starts 4:00pm-6:00pm 

(please be there by 3:45 to get gear on and stretch)

 What to Bring EVERYDAY:

  • COMPLETE Player Packet (1st day)
  • Workout Clothes/ rain gear if needed/ GK gear
  • Sneakers EVERYDAY!
  • Cleats
  • Shin Guards (with NOCSAE seal and height range on front) and Socks
  • Ball (if you have one)
  • LOTS of Water
  • Healthy snacks (optional)
  • I-POD for mile run (1st day)
  • Bring a light shirt (white or light gray) and a dark shirt (forest green, navy blue, black) EVERYDAY!!!

Conditioning Expectations:

1. Sub - 7 minute mile

2. Sub - 16 minute 2 mile

3. Maintain pace on 25 minute shuttle run

4. Run for 45 minutes at various speeds

5. Push-ups and sit-ups

6. Hills and bleachers

7. Shuttles with and without the ball

8. 100,200,300,400 sprints

9. 15 minute pacing test

10. Flabbergast Challenge
