Monday-Friday: 4:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-12:00pm (So Fit Cycle)
August 21st: Meet at track with paperwork, pick up at the bowl
August 22nd-25th: Drop-off and pick-up at the bowl

1st Day of School is September 5th
8/28 Regular practice starts 4:00pm-6:00pm

Conditioning Expectations:
1. Sub - 7 minute mile
2. Sub - 16 minute 2 mile
3. Maintain pace on 25 minute shuttle run
4. Run for 45 minutes at various speeds
5. Push-ups and sit-ups
6. Hills and bleachers
7. Suicides with and without the ball
8. 100,200,300,400 sprints
9. 15 minute pacing test
10. Flabbergast Challenge
